My Journey: From Crisis to Calling
My name is Kristian, and my path to opening the business Third Spaces Wellness began not in a classroom, but through the profound teacher that is adversity and lived experience. I enjoyed a successful career in the corporate healthcare sector, working alongside many remarkable healthcare professionals. However, life took a dramatic turn in 2018 when I was hit by a car in a catastrophic accident.
This life-changing event could have been my ending. Instead, it became my beginning.
The years of recovery that followed led me on an extraordinary journey of learning about human potential and resilience. What started as personal healing evolved into a passionate exploration of the connections between mind, body, heart, and spirit. I discovered that our capacity for transformation and growth extends far beyond what we typically imagine possible.
Academic Foundation
Currently in my third year of studying Psychological Sciences at Swinburne University, I bring both lived experience and academic rigor to my practice. My studies provide the scientific foundation that underpins every technique I teach, ensuring that what we do together is not just experientially powerful, but evidence-based.
